Prism-Based Sensor Alignment with Flexible Waveband Configurations

JAI Fusion Series multispectral cameras integrate two or three CMOS sensors that capture discrete spectral bands simultaneously. With a dichroic prism design, each sensor receives light through dedicated wavelength-specific filters, ensuring stable, distortion-free alignment between spectral channels.

Several models are available within the JAI Fusion series that feature predefined configurations of visible and NIR wavebands. The JAI Flex-Eye is a related system that combines the Fusion series prism-based multispectral area scan cameras with a customized design configured with two or three curated wavebands that are tailored to your specific system requirements.
